作者以12年间治疗的甲状腺髓样癌患者中能够将超声检查与术后病理组织像进行详细对比的21例患者为研究对象。男性3例,女性18例;散发性19例,家族性2例,含多发病变者共计23个病灶。将术前超声图像与术后组织学检查进行对比分析。
The authors studied 21 patients with medullary carcinoma of the thyroid gland who were treated for 12 years who were able to compare the sonography with postoperative histopathologic features. There were 3 males and 18 females; 19 sporadic cases, 2 familial cases, and 23 lesions with multiple lesions. Preoperative ultrasound images were compared with postoperative histological examinations.
