华东地区公路科技情报网“旧路技术改造研讨会”于一九九六年五月十四日至十六日在浙江省杭州市召开。出席会议的有本网各成员单位的领导、专家、学者和工程技术人员共55人。《公路》杂志编辑部、人民交通出版社派员到会指导。 本次会议由网长单位上海市公路管理处和东道主浙江省交通厅公路管理局共同主持。浙江省公路管理局局长阎震同志在开幕式上致欢迎词,并介绍了“八五”期间浙江省公路发展 East China Highway Science and Technology Information Network “Old Road Technical Transformation Seminar” was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province from May 14 to January 16, 1996.
