伤寒是由伤寒杆菌引起的急性肠道传染病，起病急、病情复杂，对人民身体健康危害较大。现将我县１９８５～１９９６年确诊为伤寒的６６１例患者的流行病学调查结果分析报告如下。发病简况 江宁县自１９５０年起的４７年中，伤寒病发病率最高为２０３／１０万（１９５８年）
