目前高职院校的人才培养侧重专业知识的学习和职业技能的训练,也就是测重专业素质教育,学生的文化素质相对缺乏。为全面推进素质教育,强化文化素养,在跟踪调研了部分专业学生的基础上,初步探讨了文化素质教育与专业素质教育的融合路径。通过系统规划,实现培养目标、教学内容、教学过程、职业技能训练等方面的融合,将文化素质教育与专业素质教育融合,培养高素质技术技能型人才。
At present, the training of talents in vocational colleges focuses on the study of professional knowledge and the training of vocational skills, that is, the measurement of professional quality education, and the relative lack of students’ cultural quality. In order to promote quality education in an all-round way and strengthen cultural accomplishment, based on the tracking and investigation of some professional students, the paper first explores the integration path of cultural quality education and professional quality education. Through system planning, the training objectives, teaching content, teaching process, vocational skills training and other aspects of the integration, the cultural quality of education and professional quality education integration, training high-quality skilled personnel.
