作者最近报道一种新的简便、高效男性节育法的动物试验,即从阴囊摸出输精管,经阴囊皮肤直接向输精管壁注射小剂量的化学硬化剂,使输精管硬化,从而达到和输精管结扎术一样的节育目的,已获得成功。输精管结扎术是男性节育的一种简便方法,已被广泛采用。若操作不需外科手术就能结扎输精管,方法将更加简便,更易为节育者所接受。本文选择少数志愿者,作输精管硬化的人体初试。
