核基质结合区结合蛋白质1(SATB1)在乳腺癌中的研究进展

核基质结合区结合蛋白质1(special AT rich sequencebinding protein,SATB1)是一种核基质结合区(matrix attachment regions MAR)结合蛋白质,它以其独特的模式识别并结合于核基质结合区上,参与染色质高级结构的形成和组织特异性基因的表达调控;并对胸腺细胞的发育和T细胞的成熟起到了尤为重要的作用。新近发现SATB1能促使乳腺癌细胞获得侵袭性表型,促进乳腺癌生长与转移;在侵袭转移过程中起关键作用。本文对近年来对SATB1在乳腺癌中的相关作用研究及进展作一综述。 The special AT rich sequence binding protein (SATB1) is a matrix attachment regions MAR binding protein that recognizes and binds to the nuclear matrix binding domain in its unique pattern and is involved in staining The formation of high-level structure and the expression of tissue-specific genes, and play an important role in the development of thymocytes and the maturation of T cells. Recently, it was found that SATB1 can promote the invasive phenotype of breast cancer cells, promote the growth and metastasis of breast cancer, and play a key role in invasion and metastasis. This review summarizes the recent progress in the study of the role of SATB1 in breast cancer.
