用穆斯堡尔谱学研究了7例原发性肝癌病人的红细胞,并与3例正常红细胞数据进行对照。在肝癌病人红细胞的穆斯堡尔谱上,5例不见高自旋Fe~(2+)组分,2例高自旋Fe~(2+)组分减少。没有发现由贮铁蛋白或含铁血黄素导致的附加亚谱线的存在。
Erythrocytes in seven patients with primary liver cancer were studied by Mossbauer spectroscopy and compared with three normal erythrocyte data. In the Mossbauer spectrum of erythrocytes of liver cancer patients, 5 cases showed no high-spin Fe 2+ and 2 high-spin Fe 2+ decreased. No additional sub-lines resulting from the storage of ferritin or hemosiderin were found.
