对收集的31份不同产地药用牡丹种子进行净度、千粒重、含水量、生活力、生根率及发芽率等指标的测定,通过SPSS分析软件对以上数据进行聚类分析。以生根率、发芽率及净度作为主要参考指标,生活力、千粒重、含水量作为重要参考指标,并结合实际生产,将药用牡丹种子分为3个等级,初步制定了药用牡丹种子质量分级标准。
Thirty-one medicinal peony seeds from different areas were collected for the determination of clarity, thousand-grain weight, water content, viability, rooting rate and germination rate. The data were analyzed by SPSS software. Taking the rooting rate, germination rate and netness as the main reference indexes, vitality, 1000-grain weight and water content as important reference indexes, combined with the actual production, the medicinal peony seeds were divided into three grades, and the quality of medicinal peony seeds Grading standards.
