The research on the rationality of industrial distribution is of great significance to the choice of regional industries and the development of regional economy. Using the analysis of consumption coefficient in the input-output model, the author analyzes the main factors that affect the development and layout of the steel industry and evaluates the rationality of the steel industry in Wuhan.
