一、茶树品种改良与选择 台湾栽培的茶树品种皆由外引入,经当地长期驯化选育的品种繁多,较常见品种有五十多种,其中劣质品种占茶园40%,有待更新,改种优良品种。1945年以来台湾不断改良品种,至目前自育的新品种有台茶1号至17号,从1955年开始,在本省西北部茶区更新劣质品种,改进制茶品质。
