长江电力电力生产管理系统(简称ePMS)是以IFS ERP的核心模块为基础,以长江电力股份公司下属流域多电厂集中管理为实施思路,通过二次客户化开发,成功引进、消化、吸收并建设了符合公司特点的电力生产管理信息系统。这套系统在单一平台上管理电站所有生产业务,优化了企业资源配置,大大提高了企业管理效率与效益。
