  研究了化学成分和热处理工艺对TA5合金棒材力学性能的影响。结果 表明:通过增加铝、氧、氮元素的含量,提高铝强度当量,使得TA5合金棒材强度显著提高,塑性略有降低。随着退火温度升高,TA5合金棒材的强度降低,塑性升高;在740~780℃退火时,强度和塑性匹配最佳。与空冷相比,采用炉冷+空冷的冷却方式时,TA5合金棒材的强度降低,塑性显著升高。
