1990年12月中旬,珠江水利委员会和云南省水利水电厅受水利部的委托,对全国第二批水利执法体系试点单位开远市、江川县试点工作进行验收。验收小组由云南省水利水电厅、水利部珠江水利委员会、云南省司法厅、云南省玉溪地区水电局及云南省红河州水电局等单位的代表共8人组成。验收小组分别听取了总结汇报,查看了现场,一致认为开远市、江川县的水利执法体系建设工作,得到省、市、县各级政府的支持,分别成立了开远市和江川县水利执法领导小组,制定切合实际的试点工作方案。健全了水政
In mid-December 1990, commissioned by the Ministry of Water Resources, the Pearl River Conservancy Commission and Yunnan Provincial Bureau of Water Conservancy and Hydropower approved the pilot projects of the second batch of pilot units of water law enforcement system in Kaiyuan City and Jiangchuan County.
