我院于1997年4月～1998年2月用硫酸奈替米星治疗35例男性单纯性淋菌性尿道炎,取得满意效果,现报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:35例均为我院性病门诊患者,均为男性,年龄21～43岁,未婚12例,29例承认有冶游史,潜伏期1～14天,病程1～20天。35例患者均有不同程度的尿道刺激症状,检查见尿道口红肿及有脓性分泌物。所有患者均取脓性分泌物做革兰氏染色涂片镜检,均找革兰氏阴性双球菌。同时做淋球菌培养均证实为淋病奈瑟氏菌。并进一步做硫酸奈替米星药物 Our hospital from April 1997 to February 1998 with netilmicin sulfate in 35 cases of male simple gonococcal urethritis, and achieved satisfactory results are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: 35 cases were STD clinics in our hospital, were men, aged 21 to 43 years, 12 were unmarried, 29 admitted to tour history, the incubation period of 1 to 14 days, duration of 1 to 20 days. 35 patients had varying degrees of urinary tract irritation, check see urethra and purulent secretions.
