研究基于特征的零件可制造性评价方法;基于特征对零件设计与工艺设计的并行过程进行分解与重组,基于特征进行零件设计、工艺设计和可制造性评价。建立了特征可制造性评价体系,采用分层递阶的评价策略,基于制造知识,对零件的可制造性进行评价与反馈,从而指导产品设计,为实现CAD/CAPP的实时并行打下良好的基础。
Research on feature-based part manufacturability evaluation method; based on the characteristics of the part design and process design parallel process decomposition and reorganization, based on the characteristics of part design, process design and manufacturability evaluation. The evaluation system of feature manufacturability is established, and the evaluation strategy is based on manufacturing knowledge to evaluate the manufacturability of components. This will guide product design and lay a solid foundation for real-time CAD / CAPP parallelism .
