介绍了一种自主研发的预还原-钝化-预硫化型裂解汽油一段镍基LY-2008催化剂,及其制备和器外硫化工艺研究。该催化剂在抚顺石化和四川石化新建的80万t/a乙烯装置首次工业应用情况表明,催化剂具有优异的加氢和抗砷中毒能力。这标志着国产镍基催化剂在大型乙烯配套裂解汽油加氢装置工业应用迈出了坚实的一步,为实现LY-2008催化剂大规模的推广应用奠定了良好的基础。
A nickel-based LY-2008 catalyst for prereduced-passivated-pre-sulfided pyrolysis gasoline was developed and its preparation and extra-reactor vulcanization process were introduced. The first industrial application of the catalyst at Fushun Petrochemical and the newly-built 800,000 t / a ethylene plant in Sichuan Petrochemical shows that the catalyst has excellent ability of hydrogenation and arsenic poisoning. This indicates that domestic nickel-based catalysts have taken a solid step in the industrial application of large-scale ethylene pyrolysis gasoline hydrotreating units and laid a good foundation for the large-scale popularization and application of LY-2008 catalyst.
