以苯乙烯、马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺等为主要原料,采用溶液聚合先制备马来酸酐-苯乙烯嵌段-丙烯酰胺聚合物,再将腰果酚接枝到分子链上,制备三嵌段的梳型聚合物。从分析聚合的可行性入手,分别从不同的物料配比、不同的反应条件等因素对聚合物性能的影响进行探究,得出最佳反应配比:m(共聚物)∶m(腰果酚)=3∶1;最佳反应温度:120℃;最佳反应时间:4 h。聚合物的红外光谱分析(IU)表明腰果酚成功接枝到主链上。
Using styrene, maleic anhydride and acrylamide as main raw materials, maleic anhydride-styrene block-acrylamide polymer is prepared by solution polymerization, and then cardanol is grafted onto the molecular chain to prepare triblock Comb polymer. Starting from the analysis of the feasibility of polymerization, we studied the effects of different material ratio and different reaction conditions on the properties of the polymer. The best reaction ratio was obtained: m (copolymer): m (cardanol) = 3: 1; optimum reaction temperature: 120 ℃; optimum reaction time: 4 h. Infrared spectroscopy (IU) analysis of the polymer showed that cardanol was successfully grafted onto the backbone.
