新疆“伊、塔事件”是指1962年4、5月份发生在伊犁、塔城的边境居民大规模的非法越境逃苏事件,这次事件给当地的经济发展和社会稳定造成了严重的危害。其发生的原因:一是沙俄的历史影响;二是前苏联对伊犁经济、军事、文化渗透和控制;三是中苏关系恶化后,苏联驻伊犁领事馆和苏侨协会的直接策划和参与;四是主观上我们对苏联霸权主义本质认识不够,放松了警惕,同时当时我们国家处于经济困难时期,基层组织工作比较落后。反思、总结“伊、塔事件”,具有重要的现实意义。
The incident of “Iraqi and Tajikistan” in Xinjiang refers to the large-scale illegal cross-border escapades by residents on the border in Ili and Tacheng in April and May 1962, which caused serious damage to the local economic development and social stability. The reasons for this are as follows: First, the historical impact of Czarist Russia; secondly, the economic, military and cultural infiltration and control of Yili by the former Soviet Union; thirdly, the direct planning and participation of the Soviet Union in Ili and the Association of Soviet Overseas Chinese after the deteriorating Sino-Soviet relations; Subjectively, we did not have enough understanding of the essence of Soviet hegemony and relaxed our vigilance. At the same time, at a time when our country was in a difficult economic situation, the work of grassroots organizations lags behind. It is of great practical significance to reflect on and summarize the “Iraq and Tajik events.”
