睾丸支持细胞又称Sertoli细胞,在生精小管内数量恒定,相邻Sertoli细胞间形成紧密连接,组成血睾屏障,并由此将生精上皮分隔成基底室和近腔室。Sertoli细胞直接接触生精细胞,且对其周边微环境的调控意义重大。除了其最基础的支持与营养功能外,近年来研究发现,Sertoli细胞还涉及到了分泌、免疫、吞噬与凋亡以及其他功能。一、Sertoli细胞的支持功能在生精小管中,Sertoli细胞的支持作用大部分依赖于其自身和相邻Sertoli细胞以及Sertoli细胞和其他各级生精细胞的连接结构。
Sertoli cells, also known as Sertoli cells, are constant in the seminiferous tubules and form tight junctions between adjacent Sertoli cells, forming a blood-testis barrier and thereby separating the seminiferous epithelium into the basal and proximal compartments. Sertoli cells directly contact with spermatogenic cells, and its regulation of the surrounding microenvironment is of great significance. In addition to its most basic support and nutritional functions, in recent years, studies have found Sertoli cells also involved in secretion, immunity, phagocytosis and apoptosis as well as other functions.
