研究了单面供气双面成形的激光焊接Ni201板工艺,并对焊缝进行了测试与分析。结果表明,焊缝成形良好,改变槽深对焊缝熔宽影响较小,焊缝区为粗大的奥氏体组织。气孔类型检测结果表明,焊缝气孔为氧气孔,随槽深的增大氧气的质量分数呈V型变化。当槽深为3mm时,焊缝氧气质量分数最小,接头强度为377.7 MPa,达到母材强度的80%,焊件满足使用要求。
The technology of laser welding Ni201 plate with double-side forming on one side was studied. The welding seam was tested and analyzed. The results show that the weld formation is good, the change of groove depth has little effect on the weld width, and the weld zone is coarse austenite. The results of stomata type show that the stomata of the weld are oxygen pores, and the V mass fraction changes with the increase of the groove depth. When the groove depth is 3mm, the weld oxygen mass fraction is the smallest, the joint strength is 377.7 MPa, which reaches 80% of the base metal strength, and the weldment meets the requirements of use.
