目的:观察VCu260记忆型宫内节育器放置后的应用效果。方法:选取自愿放置宫内节育器的32例女性,并设为观察组,观察组的宫内节育器为VCu260记忆型宫内节育器,选取另外35例放置TCu220宫内节育器的女性作为对照组,对比两组女性放置宫内节育器12个月后的应用效果。结果:观察组脱落率、带器妊娠率、因症取出率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组放置宫内节育器期间的不良反应发生率为9.4%,较对照组女性的28.6%低(P<0.05);观察组宫内节育器续用率为96.9%,较对照组的68.6%高(P<0.05)。结论:VCu260记忆型宫内节育器,不良反应少,安全性高,可作为现阶段具有避孕需求的育龄期女性理想选择的新型宫内节育器。
Objective: To observe the effect of VCu260 memory type IUD placement. Methods: Thirty-two women who were placed in IUD were chosen as observation group. The IUD of observation group was VCu260 memory-type IUD. Another 35 women with TCu220 IUD Group, compared two groups of women after IUD placement 12 months after the application effect. Results: The rate of exfoliation, the rate of pregnancy and the rate of removal of symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.4% during the IUD insertion compared with 28.6 in the control group %, Respectively (P <0.05). The success rate of IUD in observation group was 96.9%, which was higher than that in control group (68.6%, P <0.05). Conclusion: VCu260 memory-type IUD has few adverse reactions and high safety. It can be used as a new IUD for women of childbearing age with contraceptive needs at this stage.
