目的:观察孟河养心活血方治疗气虚血瘀型慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法:将40例气虚血瘀型CHF患者随机分为治疗组20例、对照组20例,对照组以西药常规治疗,治疗组在西药常规治疗的基础上加服孟河养心活血方。结果:2组均能明显改善中医证候积分,治疗组优于对照组;治疗组在改善心功能分级、血流动力学参数(LVEF)、脑利钠肽(BNP)方面优于对照组。结论:孟河养心活血方对气虚血瘀型CHF患者有确切疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Menghe Yangxue Huoxue Decoction on the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure (CHF) of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type and its influence on cardiac function. Methods: 40 cases of CHF patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20). The control group was treated with western medicine routinely. The treatment group added Menghe Yangxuehuoxue prescription on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment. Results: The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were significantly improved, and the treatment group was better than the control group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving cardiac function classification, hemodynamic parameters (LVEF) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP). Conclusion: Menghe Yangxuehuoxue Recipe has the exact effect on CHF patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
