通过对黄河上游梯级水电站调度中心网络结构及监控系统接入范围的分析,提出水电站监控系统的接入方案,该方案满足电网调度自动化系统要求。提出系统信息采集和信息传送方式,信息采集结合梯调电调自动化系统功能要求,参照原能源部颁布的DL 5003—91《电力系统调度自动化设计技术规程》。最后提出梯调监控系统与西北网调调度自动化系统、中电投相应系统、梯级各电厂计算机监控系统的互联方式。目前,黄河上游梯调监控系统已投入生产运行,并通过了上级部门组织的实用化验收,对今后梯调电调系统的研究及运营具有较好的指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the network structure of the dispatching center of the Yellow River cascade hydropower station and the access range of the monitoring system, the access scheme of hydropower station monitoring and control system is proposed, which meets the requirements of grid dispatching automation system. The system information acquisition and information transmission mode are proposed. The information acquisition combined with the functional requirements of the ESC system of the ESC system, refer to the DL 5003-91 Technical Specification for Automation Design of Power System Dispatching promulgated by the Ministry of Energy. Finally, this paper puts forward the interconnection between ladder monitoring system and northwest net dispatching dispatching automation system, China Power Investment corresponding system and cascade computer monitoring system. At present, the monitoring and control system for the upper reaches of the Yellow River has been put into production and operation, and has passed the practical acceptance of the departmental organization at the higher level, which is of guiding significance for the research and operation of the ESC system in the future.
