合欢为含羞草科、合欢属的落叶乔木。生长迅速,适应性强,耐干燥气候和贫瘠土壤,根具根瘤能改良土壤,可作为荒山造林的先锋树种。盛夏绿叶浓荫,开花繁茂,因而又是庭园和行道绿化的优良树种。我圃于1985年开始育苗,现将育苗方法介绍如下:1、种子处理:播前10天左右用30。c的温水浸种,每日换水,经2—3天后,种子吸水膨胀,然后用生豆芽法催芽,待有25%的种子露白时播种。
