研究结果表明糖尿病(DM)对于外科手术中常见的术后并发症心肌缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)存在一定的影响,它可以在一定程度上减轻或者加重心肌I/R损伤,同时,许多学者对这一产生不同影响作用现象的机制也进行了一系列的研究。近年来,氢气作为治疗心肌I/R损伤的一种新的有效方法,被越来越多的学者认识和了解。现简要综述了糖尿病对心肌I/R的影响与氢气相关治疗的研究进展。
