乳腺癌类器官构建与临床转化应用

乳腺癌是世界范围内女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,具有复杂的遗传与病理特征。早筛早诊、靶向药物与免疫治疗的应用使乳腺癌患者的生存率显著提高,但复发和转移仍然威胁着乳腺癌患者的生存,患者个体化治疗仍是临床诊疗难点。乳腺癌类器官运用三维培养技术模拟肿瘤微环境,在体外培养乳腺癌肿瘤细胞,形成与体内肿瘤类似的组织结构,具有操作简便、周期短和通量高等优势,逐渐被广泛应用于药物敏感性筛选、个体化用药和乳腺癌生物学研究等领域。本文将对乳腺癌类器官的发展过程、构建方法与应用作一综述,以期为相关领域的研究者和探索方向提供参考。“,”Breast cancer is the most common tumor of female in the world, which has complex genetic and pathological characteristics. With the early screening and the applications of targeted drugs and immunotherapy, the survival rate of breast tumor has been significantly improved. However, current therapies cannot provide precise treatment for individuals. Recurrence and metastasis still threaten the survival of breast tumor patients. Breast tumor organoid is a three-dimensional culture technology that is used to cultivate cells n in vitro to form tissue structure and thus stimulates the biological characteristics of tumor n in vivo. It has the advantages of easy operation, short cycle and high-throughput, which has been widely used in the research fields of drug screening, personalized medicine and breast cancer biological research. This article will review improvement of progress, construction methods and clinical applications of breast tumor organoids, in order to provide references for researchers in relative fields to explore future blueprints.n
