目的研究乳苣Mulgedium tataricum全草石油醚部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、重结晶、制备薄层色谱和制备液相色谱等技术进行分离纯化,并经NMR等现代波谱技术进行化合物的结构鉴定。结果从乳苣全草60%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为蒲公英甾醇(1)、伪蒲公英甾醇(2)、羽扇豆醇(3)、齐墩果-18-烯-3β-醇(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、齐墩果-18-烯-3-酮(6)、3β-羟基-蒲公英-20(30)-烯-28-酸(7)、豆甾醇(8)、羽扇豆酮(9)。结论化合物3、4、6、7和9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether part of the whole plant Mulgedium tataricum. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, recrystallization, preparative thin layer chromatography and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by the modern spectroscopic techniques such as NMR. Results Nine compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extracts of 60% ethanolic extracts of L. chinensis and identified as dandelion sterol (1), pseudo-dandelion sterol (2), lupeol (3), oleanolic-18 (4), β-sitosterol (5), olean-18-en-3- one (6), 3β-hydroxy-dandelion -20 7), stigmasterol (8), lupulone (9). Conclusion Compounds 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
