利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对起爆偏心为1、3、7 mm的EFP结构进行数值模拟研究,分析起爆后456μs时刻EFP形态变化及钢靶毁伤情况,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:起爆点与装药轴线偏离会引起药型罩压垮不对称,形成的EFP形态偏斜、弯曲,稳定性变坏;根据模拟数据得出偏心量与EFP横向速度之间的关系;模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。
The finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA was used to simulate the EFP structure with detonation eccentricity of 1, 3 and 7 mm. The morphological changes of EFP and the damage of steel target were analyzed 456μs after initiation. The results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that the deviation of the initiation point from the axis of charge can lead to the crushing asymmetry of the drug liner, resulting in the deflection of the EFP shape and the deterioration of the bending and stability. The relationship between the eccentricity and the transverse velocity of the EFP is obtained according to the simulation data. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
