目的探讨人工晶状体植入术中后囊破裂玻璃体溢出的处理方法。方法对36例人工晶状体植入术中发生玻璃体溢出者，行闭合式前段玻璃体切除术。结果术后随访3月，矫正视力0．5以上者63％。结论前段玻璃体切除术为后房人工晶体Ⅰ期植入提供有利条件，是处理后囊破裂玻璃体溢出的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the treatment of posterior capsular ruptured vitreous spill during intraocular lens implantation. Methods 36 cases of intraocular lens implantation occurred during vitreous hemorrhage, closed anterior vitrectomy. Results All patients were followed up for 3 months and corrected visual acuity was 0.5% and 63% respectively. Conclusion The anterior vitrectomy provides favorable conditions for the implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens in stage Ⅰ implantation and is an effective measure for the treatment of posterior capsular rupture.
