在房价连连看涨,让中低收入家庭望而生畏的时候,政府出台了经济适用房政策,以解燃眉之急。但从种种迹象来看,这并非权宜之计,政府显然是想通过经济适用房政策让更多的中低收入家庭买得起房。不可否认的是,经济适用房政策确实让一些中低收入家庭获得了实惠,但同样不可能忽视的问题是,经济适用房政策对相关各方的确是最有效率的政策吗?
In the housing prices bullish, so that low-income families in daunting when the government introduced affordable housing policy to meet the urgent needs. However, from all indications, this is not an expedient measure. The government apparently wants to make more middle- and lower-income families affordable through the affordable housing policy. Undeniably, affordable housing policy does make some low- and middle-income families get the benefits, but equally impossible to ignore is that affordable housing policy is indeed the most efficient policy for all parties involved?
