为解决重庆松藻煤电有限责任公司白岩选煤厂入选原煤细粒煤含量大、硫分高的问题,采用KRL/DD3000×10曲张筛对原煤进行干法分级。详细介绍了KRL/DD3000×10曲张筛的工作原理、结构特点、设备性能以及应用情况,为大型选煤厂原煤干法分级提供了一定的经验。
In order to solve the problem of large fine coal content and high sulfur content in selected raw coal at Baiyan Coal Preparation Plant of Chongqing Songzao Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd., the raw coal was dry-classified by KRL / DD3000 × 10 zhangzhuang sieve. The working principle, structural characteristics, equipment performance and application of KRL / DD3000 × 10 zigzag sieve are introduced in detail, which provides some experiences for the dry classification of raw coal in large coal preparation plant.
