1 病例报告患者女,28岁。1993年11月27日在外院行“子宫阔韧带囊肿”切除术。术中切除右下腹膜后巨大迂曲囊性肿物,积水约600ml;囊性物与直径约1cm之肌性管道相连、管道断端滴出淡黄色液体,而与此管道并行之正常输尿管清晰可见。因不识此管道性质及手术切口而限,遂保留一引流管由切口引出。术后每24小时引流管滴出淡黄色液约100ml。1993年12月7
A case report patient female, 28 years old. November 27, 1993 in the hospital line “wide uterine ligament cyst” resection. Intraoperative removal of the right lower retroperitoneal huge tortuous cystic tumor, hydronephrosis about 600ml; Cystic material with a diameter of about 1cm of the muscular pipe connected to the pipe end dripping yellowish liquid, and with this pipe parallel to the normal clear ureter visible. Because of the lack of knowledge of the nature of the pipeline and surgical incision, then reserved a drainage tube leads from the incision. Drainage tube every 24 hours after dripping yellowish liquid about 100ml. December 1993 7
