目的建立田基黄中异巴西红厚壳素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Hy-persil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为乙腈-0.04%磷酸水(47∶53,v/v),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:254nm,柱温:30℃。结果异巴西红厚壳素线性范围1.68~56mg/L,r=0.9997(n=6);平均回收率为101.5%(RSD=2.5%,n=9)。结论该方法简便、快速、精密度好,可为田基黄的质量控制提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Brassica napus in the middle of Tianji yellow. Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used on Hy-persil C18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid water (47∶53, v/v). The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. : 254 nm, column temperature: 30°C. Results The linear range of isobaric red chitin was 1.68-56 mg/L, r=0.9997 (n=6). The average recovery was 101.5% (RSD=2.5%, n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can provide the basis for quality control of Tianjihuang.
