本文在受检人群各年龄组段内样本数、眼别、性别都均衡的情况下,分析了四种不同刺激状态下,年龄范围16-63岁之间的50人100只正常眼的VEPP100波潜时与其年龄之间的关系。结果提示:在年龄对VEP潜时的影响上,两者之间表现有一种连续的、略呈"V"型的反抛物线样曲线相关关系,而并非是简单的直线相关,但相关程度亦即年龄对VEP潜时的影响程度还与刺激状态有关。某一状态下年龄与VEP潜时间的反抛物线相关方程的a、b两系数代表了年龄对该刺激下的VEP潜时的影响,而常数C则代表了除年龄以外的其它潜时影响因素的作用。这一结论可解释以往文献中在两者关系上的各种争议。另外,本文还报道了临床应用上的正常潜时界值及判断标准。
In this study, we analyzed the VEPP100 wave of 100 normal eyes of 50 people aged from 16 to 63 under the four different stimulation states under the condition of equal number of samples, eyes and gender in each age group of the subjects.
