本文对光纤通信中光接收机的三类前置放大器进行了分析。提出了改进前置放大器性能的措施,对光纤通信中使用最多的跨阻型前置放大器给出了两种改善噪声特性和动态范围的改进电路。文中最后列出了应用内置AGC跨阻型前置放大器研制的SDH光接收模块的性能指标。
In this paper, three types of preamplifiers for optical receivers in optical fiber communication are analyzed. The measures to improve the performance of the preamplifier are proposed. Two improved circuits for improving the noise characteristic and dynamic range are given for the most widely used transimpedance preamplifier in optical fiber communication. The article finally lists the performance index of the SDH optical receiver module developed by the built-in AGC transimpedance preamplifier.
