模态分析是研究结构动态特性的有效方法。利用ANSYS软件建立铲运机车架的有限元模型,通过对铲运机车架的模态分析,获得固有频率和相应的振型,并与车架所受激振力和激振频率相比较,检查是否与车架的固有频率相耦合,以避开发动机的振动频率和路面不平对铲运机造成的激振频率,降低振动和噪声。
Modal analysis is an effective method to study the dynamic characteristics of structures. The finite element model of the scraper frame was established by ANSYS software.
