目的探讨血清Fractalkine(FKN)因子水平与肥胖和T2DM的相关性。方法根据BMI将88名健康体检者即糖耐量正常者(NGT)分为体重正常组(A组,n=44,BMI<24kg/m~2)和超重肥胖组(B组,n=44,BMI≥24kg/m~2);将88例新诊断T2DM患者(T2DM组)分为体重正常组(C组,n=44,BMI<24kg/m~2)和超重肥胖组(D组,n=44,BMI≥24kg/m~2)。ELISA测定FKN和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平。结果 T2DM患者FKN(0.625±0.090)ng/ml高于NGT者(0.395±0.110)ng/ml(P<0.01),C组FKN(0.55±0.08)ng/ml高于A组(0.34±0.14)ng/ml和B组(0.45±0.08)ng/ml(P<0.01)。T2DM患者FKN与FPG、HbAlc、WHR、BMI、C-RP、HOMA-IR、TNF-α呈正相关(r=0.578、0.592、0.616、0.596、0.909、0.872和0.827,P<0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.216,P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,C-RP、BMI及TNF-α是FKN的独立相关因素(β=0.441、0.158和0.221,P<0.05)。结论 T2DM患者FKN与炎症反应密切相关,可能参与了肥胖及T2DM的发生发展。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum levels of Fractalkine (FKN) and obesity and T2DM. Methods According to BMI, 88 healthy subjects, namely normal glucose tolerance group (NGT), were divided into normal weight group (group A, n = 44, BMI 24kg / m ~ 2) and overweight and obesity group BMI≥24kg / m ~ 2). 88 newly diagnosed T2DM patients (T2DM group) were divided into normal weight group (group C, n = 44, BMI <24kg / m ~ 2) and overweight and obesity group = 44, BMI ≥ 24kg / m ~ 2). The levels of FKN and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) were measured by ELISA. Results The FKN of 0.625 ± 0.090 ng / ml in T2DM patients was significantly higher than that of NGT patients (0.395 ± 0.110) ng / ml (0.55 ± 0.08) ng / ml vs 0.34 ± 0.14 (P <0.01) ng / ml and B (0.45 ± 0.08) ng / ml (P <0.01). FKN was positively correlated with FPG, HbAlc, WHR, BMI, C-RP, HOMA-IR and TNF-α in T2DM patients (r = 0.578,0.592,0.616,0.596,0.909,0.872 and0.827, P <0.01) C was negatively correlated (r = -0.216, P <0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that C-RP, BMI and TNF-α were independent factors of FKN (β = 0.441,0.158 and 0.221, P <0.05). Conclusion FKN in T2DM patients is closely related to inflammatory reaction, which may be involved in the occurrence and development of obesity and T2DM.
