三轴摇摆试验台是一种集机、电、液、仪及计算机于一体的综合试验设备,能够为被试件动态性能测试提供摇摆试验环境。针对风洞试验中被试件在风洞内部且距离摇摆台转动中心较远的特点,以及保持风场均匀性的试验要求,在三轴摇摆台的基础上,研制开发一种复合联动装置。该装置可解决由于被试件只能绕摇摆台转动中心转动,而导致或在风洞体上开口过大或被试件摇摆幅值过小的难题,保证风场的均匀性,所获得的摇摆幅值满足试验要求,能为获取准确的试验数据提供保障。
Three-axis rocking test bed is a set of machines, electricity, liquids, instruments and computers in an integrated test equipment, to test the dynamic properties of the test to provide swing test environment. In view of the characteristics of wind tunnel test being within the wind tunnel and far away from the center of rotation of the swing table and the test requirements of maintaining uniformity of the wind field, a compound linkage is developed based on the three-axis swing table. The device can solve the problem that the tested object can only rotate around the center of rotation of the swinging table and cause the problem that the opening of the wind-tunnel body is too large or the swinging amplitude of the specimen is too small to ensure the uniformity of the wind field. Swing amplitude to meet the test requirements, to obtain accurate test data to provide protection.
