GB/50319—2013《建设工程监理规范》顺势而生,对指导监理工作具有积极意义。但有些条款不够严密,理解起来,模棱两可;有些条款与法规不尽一致,需要澄清或更正。只有准确无误的法规规范,才能使执行者有底气严格履职,才能够真正发挥监理的作用。
GB / 50319-2013 “Construction Project Management Code” homeopathy, guidance and supervision work has a positive meaning. However, some articles are not rigorous enough, understandable and ambiguous; some articles are not in line with laws and regulations and need to be clarified or corrected. Only accurate rules and regulations, in order to enable executives have the confidence to strictly perform their duties in order to truly play a supervisory role.
