本文首先对天津市利用外商直接投资的规模、结构进行了分析,阐述了FDI对天津的经济总量增长和产业结构的升级的积极效应;文章继而着重分析了天津在利用外资中存在的问题和潜在的风险,最后,文章给出了提高利用外资质量,进一步推动天津产业结构升级的对策建议。 This paper first analyzes the scale and structure of FDI in Tianjin, and expounds the positive effect of FDI on the growth of total economy and industrial structure in Tianjin. The article then analyzes the problems existing in the use of foreign capital in Tianjin, Potential risks. Finally, the article gives some countermeasures to improve the quality of foreign capital utilization and further promote the upgrading of Tianjin’s industrial structure.
