目前,部分产业结构调整进展不快,一些行业产能过剩、重复建设问题仍很突出,不仅钢铁、水泥等产能过剩的传统产业仍在盲目扩张,风电、多晶硅等新兴产业也出现重复建设倾向。因此,必须在保增长中更加注重推进结构调整,坚决抑制部分行业的产能过剩和重复建设,大力发展符合市场需求的高新技术产业和服务业。
At present, the partial industrial restructuring has not progressed well. Overcapacity in some industries and the problem of redundant construction are still outstanding. Not only are the traditional industries with overcapacity, such as steel and cement, still blindly expanding, but emerging industries such as wind power and polysilicon also tend to overlap. Therefore, we must pay more attention to promoting structural adjustment during the period of maintaining growth, resolutely curb overcapacity and redundant construction in some industries and vigorously develop high-tech industries and service industries that meet the needs of the market.
