将 5 0只实验用家兔分批建立小肠吻合口模型 ,并随机分为两组。丹参组肌注丹参注射液 0 .6 ml/kg,每日 1次 ,对照组不予用药。分别于术后 3、5、7、14和 30天观察吻合口愈合情况 ,结果显示丹参组吻合口早期以淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞浸润为主 ,组织坏死程度较轻 ,毛细血管、成纤维细胞增生较对照组明显。胶原纤维密度在 3、5、7天较对照组高 ,在术后 30天则显著低于对照组。这些均表明丹参能明显提高吻合口愈合的质量
Fifty experimental rabbits were used to establish small intestine anastomosis models in batches and randomly divided into two groups. Salvia miltiorrhiza group intramuscular injection of Danshen injection 0.6 ml/kg, once daily, the control group was not given medication. The anastomosis healing was observed at 3, 5, 7, 14 and 30 days after operation. The results showed that the early stage of anastomosis in the Salvia miltiorrhiza group was mainly infiltration of lymphocytes and macrophages, and the degree of tissue necrosis was lighter. Capillaries and fibroblasts were observed. Hyperplasia was more pronounced than in the control group. The density of collagen fibers was higher in the 3, 5, and 7 days than in the control group, and it was significantly lower in the 30-day postoperative period than in the control group. These all show that Danshen can significantly improve the quality of anastomotic healing
