目的:考察羧甲基茯苓多糖口服液调节免疫作用。方法:对实验小鼠血清溶血素含量进行测定;NK细胞活性及IL2水平以及S180和EAC瘤株小鼠肿瘤坏死因子含量的测定。结果:明显提高免疫低下小鼠的胸腺、脾脏重量,溶血素抗体含量和巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;增加NK细胞活性;明显提高白细胞介素2(IL2)至正常水平;200mg/kg时,使荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤坏死因子含量明显增高;结论:羧甲基茯苓多糖口服液可对抗环磷酰胺的免疫抑制作用,对S180、EAC瘤株均有明显抑制作用
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of carboxymethyl guanosine polysaccharide oral solution on immune regulation. Methods: Serum concentrations of serum hemolysin were measured in experimental mice; NK cell activity and IL2 levels, and tumor necrosis factor levels in S180 and EAC tumor lines were determined. RESULTS: The weight of thymus and spleen, the concentration of hemolysin antibody and macrophage phagocytosis were significantly increased in immunocompromised mice, the activity of NK cells was increased, and the IL-2 level was significantly increased. When 200 mg/kg was used, The tumor necrosis factor content in the tumor-bearing mice was significantly increased; Conclusion: Carboxymethyl glycoside oral liquid can inhibit the immunosuppressive effect of cyclophosphamide and inhibit the S180 and EAC tumor strains.
