游××男24岁。因左眼不适,于1986年2月到我院诊治。左眼自1979年起逐渐向内上突出,不疼,眼球运动轻度受限。于1982年到某医院诊治,诊断为“左眼眶血管瘤”,手术切除。术后眼球仍突出。左眼外下方眶缘有一长约5cm 的瘢痕。眼球触之有搏动感。视力1.5,眼球突出度为12(?)19mm。眼睑正常,结膜无充血,角膜透明,瞳孔大小约4mm,对光反应良好。屈光间质清晰。视乳头边界模糊,
Travel × × male 24 years old. Due to left eye discomfort, in February 1986 to our hospital for treatment. Left eye gradually from 1979 onwards prominent, painful, mild eye movement limited. In 1982 to a hospital for diagnosis and treatment, diagnosed as “left orbital hemangioma”, surgical resection. The eye is still prominent after surgery. The left orbital margin of the rim of the eye has a scar of about 5 cm in length. Eye contact with a sense of beating. Visual acuity 1.5, prominence of 12 (?) 19mm.
