采用微波加热方法,以对叔丁基苯甲酸、无水乙醇、水合肼、对苯二甲酰氯等为原料合成了一种高性能有机发光材料对[2,2′-二(1,3,4-噁二唑-5,5′-二叔丁基苯)]苯。对各步合成反应如酯化、酰肼化、脱水闭环等的反应时间与产率进行了研究。结果显示,微波加热不仅使反应速度提高了25倍,产物产率也有所提高。用质谱1、H—NMR谱、元素分析等手段对各步产物进行了表征,用荧光光谱方法对最终产物进行了确认,发射峰430 nm,发蓝色光。 A kind of high performance organic luminescent material was synthesized by using microwave heating method with p-tert-butylbenzoic acid, anhydrous ethanol, hydrazine hydrate and terephthaloyl dichloride as raw materials. [2,2’-bis Oxadiazole-5,5’-di-t-butylbenzene)] benzene. The reaction time and yield of each synthesis reaction such as esterification, hydrazide, dehydration and ring closure were studied. The results show that microwave heating not only makes the reaction rate increased by 25 times, the product yield also increased. The products were characterized by mass spectrometry (1), H-NMR and elemental analysis. The final product was confirmed by fluorescence spectroscopy. The emission peak was 430 nm and blue light was emitted.
