十运会是2008年北京奥运会前我国最重要的一次综合性体育盛会，也是建国以来江苏省承办的规模最大、规格最高、影响最广的重要活动。为确保十运会安全保卫工作的全面胜利，江苏省公安机关集中精力抓十运，坚持以面保点，全力创造安全稳定的社会大环境；严密落实安全保卫措施，确保赛事活动绝对安全；创新安全保卫工作模式，积极提供优质高效文明的安全服务；加强组织发动，形成安全保卫工作的强大战斗力。
The 10th National Games is the most important comprehensive sports event in China before the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. It is also an important event hosted by Jiangsu Province since the founding of the People’s Republic of China with the largest scale, the highest specification and the most extensive influence. In order to ensure the overall victory of the security work of the 10th National Games, Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Bureau focused its efforts on the 10th National Games and insisted on creating a safe and stable social environment with all its efforts. It also implemented security measures to ensure the safety of competitions.
