可溶性细胞因子受体（Ｓｏｌｕｂｌｅｃｙｔｏｋｉｎｅｒｅｃｅｐｔｏｒ，ＳＣＫ－Ｒ）作为细胞因子受体的一种特殊形式参与机体免疫应答与免疫调节。许多ＳＣＫ－Ｒ在血清及其他体液中水平变化与某些疾病的发生、发展密切相关。近年来关于ＳＣＫ－Ｒ的形成机理与多肽链结构、基因表达调控、生物学活性以及应用等方面的研究取得可喜的进展，本文对此进行综述。
Soluble cytokine receptor (Solublecytokine receptor, SCK-R) as a special form of cytokine receptors involved in the body’s immune response and immune regulation. Many SCK-R levels in serum and other body fluids are closely related to the occurrence and development of certain diseases. In recent years, we have made gratifying progress on the formation mechanism of SCK-R, the research on the structure of polypeptide chain, the regulation of gene expression, biological activity and application, and so on.
