本文认为素质教育应注重班务管理,班务管理的切入点要放在“气”上,以“气”带班要把握好激励士气、树立正气、协调顺气三个环节。
This paper argues that quality education should focus on class management, class management should be placed on the “gas”, with “gas” class to grasp the motivation of morale, establish righteousness, coordination of good luck three links.
