动眼、滑车神经麻痹是糖尿病较为少见的并发症。近十年来我院收治糖尿病616例中发现4例占(0.65％);现报告如下。 例1 男、71岁,1年前诊断为糖尿病。2个月来停药症状复发,入院前半月某晨起头晕,出现复视和右眼上睑下垂、眼眶痛,于1985年7月8日入院。查体:消瘦、Bp140/80mmHg,右上睑下垂,眼球外展位,上、下、内收运动障碍;左眼正常。瞳孔等大,光反射好;眼压、眼底正常,有复视虚象。空腹
