目的探讨浆细胞膜糖蛋白(PC-1)基因K121Q多态性与2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变的相关性。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析(PCR-RFLP)技术,对2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变(DR组,n=48)、2型糖尿病未合并视网膜病变(NDR组,n=56)进行PC-1基因K121Q多态性分型及研究,并与正常组(对照组组,n=56)对照分析。结果 DR组和NDR组KQ基因型频率、K等位基因频率均显著高于对照组组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR组和NDR组比较,KK型与KQ型基因型构成频率和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PC-1基因K121Q多态性与2型糖尿病相关,但其可能不是糖尿病视网膜病变发生的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the association of plasma membrane glycoprotein (PC-1) gene K121Q polymorphism with type 2 diabetic retinopathy. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to analyze the relationship between type 2 diabetic retinopathy (DR group, n = 48), type 2 diabetic retinopathy , n = 56). The K121Q polymorphism of PC-1 gene was genotyped and studied and compared with the control group (n = 56). Results The frequencies of KQ genotype and K allele in DR group and NDR group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Compared with DR group and NDR group, KK genotype and KQ genotype Frequency and allele frequency difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The K121Q polymorphism of PC-1 gene is associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus, but it may not be the main reason of diabetic retinopathy.
